Refunds

If there are any faults with any products, we will offer an exchange or refund depending on stock availability and preference.  Please email us at info@ilovedrift.com.au and include any photos of the damage.

Exchanges

Please email us at info@ilovedrift.com.au to arrange an exchange of goods. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. You will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the goods back to us.

 

  • Items must be in an unworn, unused and original condition
  • You must contact us within 30 days of purchase date to claim
  • You will need to cover postage costs for exchanges/returns
  • Warranty claims will be managed on a case-by-case basis

    * Please note Promotional Stock & SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty
